CHAIRMAN:
Muhammad Arshad Jalil is Chairman of Aerolube Pvt Ltd / board of directors of several other aviation related firms. By qualification he is an aeronautical engineer with over 40 years of aviation experience. He is also the only Pakistani 'Fellow' members of the prestigious 'Royal Aeronautical Society'.

DIRECTOR:
Mr.Mazahir Hasan Ex-Chief Engineer (Maintenance) P.I.A, having 40 years of aviation experience in the field of aircraft maintenance, overhaul, evaluation and it’s planning. Have the honor to be a consultant to P.I.A for its total engineering organization in 1999/2001 and conducted inspection/evaluation and assistance in purchase of six B-747 aircraft for Gulf Falcon Airline (Dubai). He is currently member of the board of directors of Aerolube (Pvt.) Ltd.

CEO:
Jamil Rauf comes with a rich background of IT experience in PIA pertaining to Stores and Engineering Dept. systems. Having over 37 years of experience in the airline he was responsible for developing and implementation of Stores & Purchasing on-line systems and the PIA Maintenance Management Information System (PAMMIS). He headed the Technical systems of the IT department for many years, manager material management in Eng. Dept. and also held the post of G.M Purchasing & Logistics for over 5 years before retirement. He also has added experience in holding a Commercial Pilot’s License and technical courses in IT, F-27 etc. .

DIRECTOR OPERATIONS:
Muhammad Omar Jalil is a relatively new entrant into this industry. Having recently completed a master in Air Transport Management, he remains as one of the founding Directors of team of Aerolube Pvt Ltd.
